Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE under License No. 2646817.01 ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of Hookni, our automated video editing service available through the Telegram bot @montazherbot, its Telegram mini app and the website https://hookni.com/. By using the service or buying credits, you agree to these Terms — please read them carefully.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Hookni is operated by LENIVIN AI L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, License No. 2646817.01, registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., 121602. You can contact us at support@hookni.com.
These Terms apply to your use of the Service and to purchases of credit packs paid in USD through Stripe, including purchases made by visitors of https://hookni.com/. If you pay in Russian rubles using Russian payment methods in the bot, the Russian-language public offer at https://montazhai.ru/o applies to that purchase instead, and the seller is the operator named in that offer.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Service — Hookni: the Telegram bot, the mini app, the website https://hookni.com/ and the software behind them.
- Bot — our Telegram bot @montazherbot (https://t.me/montazherbot).
- Mini app — the Hookni app that opens inside Telegram (https://app.montazhai.ru/).
- Your content — the videos, audio and other material you send to the Service, including the people, voices and information they contain.
- Result — the edited video and any other files the Service produces from your content.
- Credits — internal units used to pay for video processing. Credits are not money, electronic money or a financial instrument.
- Pack — a bundle of credits sold at a fixed price.
3. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service or buy credits. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You accept these Terms when you start using the Service. When you buy a pack, the contract for that pack is formed once the payment provider confirms your payment.
4. The Service
The Service edits talking-head videos automatically. You send a video to the bot or upload it in the mini app, and the Service:
- cuts pauses, slips and false starts;
- adds captions in the font, colour, size and position you choose;
- adds dynamic camera moves and a title;
- optionally adds AI-generated images and sound effects;
- sends the finished video back to your Telegram chat.
A video can be up to 3 minutes long and up to 2 GB in size. Processing usually takes a few minutes; the bot shows an estimate when it accepts your video. The Service runs around the clock, but it depends on Telegram and other providers and may occasionally be slower or unavailable.
The mini app lets you choose your settings, upload videos, watch and save your results, check your balance and buy credits.
We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. The features, settings and prices available to you are shown in the bot and the mini app before you start a video or make a payment.
5. Credits and prices
Processing one video costs 100 credits. Credits are sold in packs:

Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Current prices are always available at https://hookni.com/#pricing and in the bot.
Free trial: every new user can edit 1 video free of charge before buying credits.
Purchased credits do not expire.
Credits are charged when your video has been processed and sent to you. If a video fails because of an error on our side, the credits — or your free trial — are returned to your balance automatically.
Credits are personal. They cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for money (except for refunds under the Refund Policy) or used outside the Service. The free trial and any free, bonus or promotional credits have no cash value.
We may change the prices of future packs. A price change never reduces the credits you have already bought.
6. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page; we never receive or store your full card number. In the bot you may also be able to pay in Telegram Stars; such payments are processed by Telegram under Telegram's terms.
Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your balance and purchase history are always available in the bot and the mini app. The payment provider may send a receipt to the e-mail address you enter at checkout.
7. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: you can get a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase; credits spent on completed videos are not refundable unless there was a technical failure; credits for failed videos are returned automatically. When a payment is refunded, the purchased credits are removed from your balance.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. By sending content to the Service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, transcribe, edit and otherwise process it, and to share it with our technology providers, only to provide the Service to you and only for as long as needed to do so.
We do not use your content to advertise the Service, publish it in our portfolio or train AI models without your separate, explicit permission.
You confirm that:
- you own your content or have permission from the rights holders to use it;
- you have the consent or other legal basis required to process the images, voices and personal data of other people who appear in it;
- using your content in the Service does not break the law or anyone's rights.
You are responsible for your content and for how you publish the results.
9. Results
You may use the results for personal and commercial purposes, within the rights you have in your original content. Processing does not give you rights you did not already have: if your video contains third-party music, footage, images or trademarks, you need your own licence for them.
Some elements, such as AI-generated images, are created with third-party AI models. Because of how generative technology works, we cannot guarantee that every generated element is unique or protected by copyright.
10. Automated editing
The Service works automatically and can make mistakes, for example in speech recognition, captions, the choice of cuts, images or sound. Please review every result before you publish it or use it in advertising. A result that does not match your creative expectations is not a defect if the requested function was performed. We do not promise any number of views, followers, leads or sales.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- create, process or share content that is illegal or infringes anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
- create or share sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred, or harassing, defamatory or deceptive content, including impersonating another person;
- upload other people's personal data without a legal basis;
- commit fraud, abuse payments or the free trial, or bypass technical limits;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend processing or your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, the law or the rights of others, or that your use threatens the security of the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we close your access without a breach on your part, we will refund your unused purchased credits.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, write to support@hookni.com.
13. Storage and deletion of files
Your uploaded videos and the results are stored only as long as needed to process them, deliver the result, fix technical problems and handle your requests. They are deleted automatically 30 days after processing, so please save the results you want to keep. Payment records and technical logs may be kept longer where the law requires; see the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties: Telegram, Stripe, our hosting provider and AI model providers, listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms. We are not responsible for short outages of third-party infrastructure, but we take reasonable steps to restore the Service as soon as possible.
15. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not responsible for your content or its legality, for the quality of your source recordings, for unsupported formats, or for the consequences of publishing a result without checking it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
17. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://hookni.com/terms with the date of the latest update. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know in the bot before it takes effect. Changes never reduce the credits you have already paid for and do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
If we stop providing the paid Service entirely, we will notify you and either let you use your remaining purchased credits or refund their value.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Before going to court, please send your complaint to support@hookni.com — most issues can be solved quickly by e-mail. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be decided by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there where those laws allow.
